Each issue is planned around its subscription window, allowing us to prepare every edition in line with the community that has joined us. Rather than keeping every issue permanently available as a standalone product, we focus on creating each release for its time.

You are welcome to join EJEXPOST at any time. Every journey begins somewhere, and we look forward to seeing yours grow, one stamp at a time.
Subscriptions for each monthly issue open on the 1st of the preceding month. Orders placed on the 1st–15th are dispatched on the 1st of the following month; orders placed from the 16th to the last day are dispatched on the 15th.
Dispatch dates refer to the date your order is sent, not the date it is delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Applies to your first issue only, once per customer. Contact us with your order details within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Cancel in your Portal before the 1st of the month to stop the next charge. Issues you have already paid for are still sent and are not refundable under this policy.
The first-issue refund does not apply to subsequent issues, renewal payments or other purchases. Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous payments. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
A limited number of past issues may occasionally become available after the original subscription window closes. Availability varies by issue. Once sold out, an issue will not be restocked or reprinted.
Past Issues do not include the introductory Stamp Rally postcard supplied with a new membership.
